About this Utility

This is an emergency utility. 
You propably will not need to use it. 
But should it develop a problem and could not start, follow the procedure to recover it.

Read the RESTORE.TXT file first. It shows how to restore back the firmware.
The device must be in loader mode to be able to receive firmware upload.
The LED status will tell you when its ready to do firmware upload.
