Installing the Loader patch to SERVER.EXE file.

           Novell web site

 or ftp://ftp.compex.com.sg/netware/nw3xx/nw312ldr.exe


This is a one time patch to the SERVER.EXE file to provide PCI driver
access to BIOS in protected mode when the newer NBI31X/MSM31X NLMs are
loaded with the newer driver specifications.

*** Caution: Backup the SERVER.EXE before you run the patch update.
	     

1) Keep a safe copy of the program SERVER.EXE by backing it up to a disk.

2) Copy the LOADER.EXE, LSWAP.EXE  and SERVER.EXE to the NWSERVER directory
   if your NetWare boot directory is not by this name.

3) Run the LSWAP.EXE will update the loader segment in the SERVER.EXE file.

4) Copy SERVER.EXE back to the original NetWare boot directory if have copy
   the SERVER.EXE file in step (2).

5) Patch update completed.
